dbd88 Responsible & Safe Gaming
dbd88 believes that gaming is a form of entertainment — we place the highest importance on the mental and financial well-being of every player.
Why Responsible Gaming Matters
Online gaming and sports betting can be a healthy source of fun — when enjoyed in the right measure and with awareness. dbd88 always wants you to see gaming as a recreational activity, not as a way to solve financial problems.
As online gaming grows in popularity across Bangladesh, building responsible habits is important. We provide simple tools and information to help you keep both your time and money under control.
Age Restriction
Only individuals aged 21 or older may open an account and play at dbd88.
SSL Security
All your data and transactions are protected by SSL encryption — we ensure fair play.
24/7 Support
Our support team is available around the clock for any issue — in Bengali and English.
Our Protection Tools
Deposit Limit
Set a limit on how much you can deposit per day, per week, or per month. Once this limit is active, it cannot be exceeded, so there is no risk of going beyond your budget.
Time-Out
If you want to take a break for a few days, use the time-out feature. Your account can be temporarily deactivated for anywhere from 24 hours up to 30 days.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, choose self-exclusion. This measure closes your account for an extended period and stops any bonus offers from being sent to you.
Gaming History Review
View all your bets, wins, losses, and transaction history in one place. Regularly reviewing your own activity is an important part of healthy gaming habits.
Bet Limit Setting
Decide in advance the maximum amount you will wager in each session. Setting this limit reduces the tendency to place impulsive bets beyond your means.
Direct Support
If you have any concerns about gaming, contact us via 24/7 live chat or email. Our team will listen to your concerns in Bengali and provide assistance.
Age Verification & Protection
To register at dbd88, you must be 21 years of age or older. This is not just a rule — it is our commitment to protecting minors.
- An ID verification process is followed to confirm age when opening an account.
- If we suspect that an account is being used by a minor, it will be suspended immediately.
- Parents can use parental control software on their child's device to block online gaming sites.
- Never share your login details with anyone else, especially minors.
- dbd88 never runs any advertisements or promotions targeting minors.
Recognising Warning Signs
Problematic gaming often develops gradually. If you notice any of the following signs in yourself, it is time to seek help:
Warning Signs
- Placing more bets in an attempt to recover lost money
- Withdrawing from family, friends, or work because of gaming
- Spending beyond your budget or taking on debt
- Feeling restless or anxious when not playing
- Lying to family or friends about gaming
- Neglecting eating, sleeping, or daily responsibilities
- Playing for financial gain instead of entertainment
If any of the above signs appear, contact the dbd88 support team or activate self-exclusion directly.
Safe Gaming Best Practices
Follow a few simple principles for an enjoyable and safe experience at dbd88. These are practices that experienced players follow regularly:
- Set a budget: Allocate a fixed amount for gaming that you can afford to lose without financial hardship. Never spend more than that.
- Respect your time limit: Decide in advance how much time you will spend gaming each day and stick to that limit.
- Entertainment first, not winnings: See gaming as a form of entertainment, not a source of income. Treat every win as a bonus.
- Take breaks: Take regular breaks during long sessions. Do not play when you are tired or under stress.
- Avoid chasing losses: Accept the loss and end the session. Placing more bets to recover lost money is a major sign of problematic gaming.
- Be open with loved ones: Talk openly with family or close friends about your gaming habits.
dbd88's Commitment
dbd88 is committed to ensuring a safe and fair gaming environment. We provide every player with personal protection tools and actively offer support when problematic gaming is identified.
Our platform has SSL encryption and a fair play system, ensuring the security of your data and funds.
Gaming is for fun only — this value is the foundation of all our decisions.
Self-Exclusion & Limit Setting
How Self-Exclusion Works
When self-exclusion is activated, your account is fully deactivated. No login is possible during this period, and no bonus or promotional emails will be sent.
The exclusion period is a minimum of 6 months — the account cannot be reactivated before this time. This feature can be activated through the support team.
Deposit & Loss Limits
You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. It is completely impossible to exceed these limits.
Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. However, increasing a limit takes 24 hours to come into effect — this delay helps avoid impulsive decisions.
Time-Out Feature
If you want to step away from gaming temporarily, choose the time-out option. Put your account on pause for 24 hours, 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days.
No betting or casino sessions can be started during a time-out. Use this time to refresh yourself.
Reality Check
dbd88 reminds you at set intervals how long you have been playing and how much you have spent. These reminders keep you aware of your actual situation.
Review your gaming log regularly — it is the simplest way to maintain healthy gaming habits.
